For each project a team of specialized experts is installed. A permanent project leader supervises project work and time schedule. This expert is the continuous project partner of our customer, facing efficiently all challenges and requirements together with his team.

During all project phases the project team work in close cooperation with the customer. At regular intervals there are meetings of customer and project leader to discuss project status and planned tasks for the coming days. Additionally the project team works out a biweekly report of the progress of the project for the customer. This way project work is organized efficiently and close to the time frame.
